How does a 15-day free trial work?

We are offering a 15-day free trial for every paid plan. Entering billing information is not required. In order to transfer your trial account to a paid one after initial 15 days you should pay a monthly fee.

Do I get a 15-day free trial when I upgrade my account from a free plan to a paid one?

When you upgrade your free account to a paid one you will automatically get a 15-day free trial that works as mentioned above.

What about account cancellation?

If you do not pay for the next month your account will be automatically switched to a “free” mode.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can change a plan on the “Billing & Settings” page (on the desktop interface). If you're changing from an “Optimum” plan to a “Premium” one, the remaining days of the “Optimum” plan will be reduced by half (since the “Premium” plan is twice expensive as the “Optimum” one).

What types of payment do you accept?

The payment processing system that we're using ( Plimus ) accepts payment by MasterCard, Visa, EuroCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB, Switch, Solo, USD Checks, Eurochecks, Wire Transfers, PayPal. Payments can be made Online, by PO, Fax, Mail or Phone. We recommend you using online-payments for rapid prolongation of your paid account.
